華映提前結束無薪假 2500員工受惠
勞動部昨公布去年12月31日通報實施無薪假事業共57家、4756人，與前期12月15日的數字
49家、4377人相較，通報人數增加379人、家數多了8家。其中，面板廠華映自去年11月6
日起實施無薪假，影響多達2500人，但華映已宣布元旦起取消無薪假，預計下期統計人數
將銳減。
去年底 57家實施無薪假增379人
勞動部勞動條件關係平等司副司長黃維琛表示，本期多數事業單位之實施人數在50人以下
，與過去不同的是，這次以一般製造業26家較多，電子業則為24家，實施天數多為每月4
至8天；而前期事業單位中，本期已有4家停止實施無薪休假，惟因本期另新增12家，累計
數增加8家。
華映原本預計實施三個月無薪假，但在成本撙節計畫奏效、訂單結構與產品組合改善下，
決定趕在農曆年前，讓員工好過年，宣布提早一個月、從1月1日起全面取消無薪假，預計
有2500名員工受惠。
