美國蘋果公司在專利訴訟大勝韓國三星，被外界解讀是Android陣營的挫敗，外界也持續
關注台灣宏達電的相關後續訴訟。宏達電董事長王雪紅今天(28日)表示，三星敗訴不代表
Android陣營的敗訴，宏達電沒有敗過，現在也沒有打算跟蘋果談和解。
2012年「APEC企業諮詢委員會(ABAC)第四次大會」和「APEC企業領袖高峰會(APEC CEO
Summit)」下個月將在俄羅斯海參崴舉行。宏達電董事長王雪紅是ABAC其中一位代表，今
年她將擔任ABAC婦女論壇主席以及永續發展工作小組的共同主席。
王雪紅28日在行前記者會上表示，ABAC將建議APEC領袖，能夠成立跨平台的智慧財產權分
享機制(IP Sharing)，期盼研究機構、大學或企業界發展出來的IP能夠分享，並且有透明
機制，讓有需要的發展中國家或是企業，可以以合理價錢取得，促進推廣和創新。
王雪紅在會後對於媒體詢問有關美國蘋果公司在專利訴訟大勝韓國三星，是否代表
Android陣營的挫敗？王雪紅則表示，三星敗訴不代表Android陣營的敗訴，她對宏達電有
信心。王雪紅說：『(原音)我們認為我們大家有很好的創新，我們宏達(電)從來沒有敗過
。』
至於有關下半年台灣經濟景氣走向，王雪紅表示，她對於景氣一向樂觀，但國家要努力加
油，大家也都要好好努力。
