蘋果又被曝出血汗工廠:工人一個月最多加班109小時

據China Labor Watch日前發布的最新報告顯示,iPhone代工廠商和碩聯合(Pegatron)違
反了蘋果公司的加班政策,工人們的加班時長原超規定時間。
根據蘋果的政策,工人們每週工作時長不得超過60個小時。但報告卻表示,和碩聯許多工
人每週的工作時長超過80個小時。而且,工人們還表示,他們也是被迫加班的,因為基本
工資實在是太低,不得不選擇加班。
報告中稱:
1.中國工人的平均工資穩步提高,但和碩聯合工人的工資卻下下滑。
2.今年4月,上海市政府已將最低工資標準從每月304美元提高到350美元。調查結果顯示
,雖然大多數工人達到了法定最低工資水平,但和碩聯合卻通過削減工人福利和保險等
費用來控制成本,結果導致工人的收入反而下滑。 2015年,和碩聯合工人的時薪為1.85
美元。 2016年漲到了2美元,但扣除各種費用後,工人拿到手的僅相當於1.6美元/時。
3. 2015年統計數據顯示,有超過62%的工人每月加班超過82小時。當年3月,最嚴重的一
名工人曾加班109小時,使得當月總工時達到293小時。
4.和碩聯合曾招聘許多實習生,每月的加班時長達到80個小時。
5. 和碩聯合工人的基本工資太低,只能靠加班來提高收入。如果不加班,工人每月的基
本工資只有約213美元。
6. 對於大部分生產線,工人被要求提前10分鐘到達崗位,但這10分鐘不會被記錄在工時
中。
7. 工人們每天要花費約60分鐘時間在出入車間的ID審查和安檢程序上,佔用了工人們的
休息時間。
8. 工廠強制工人加班,在生產旺季,工人們請假也不可能獲批。
9.工人們暴露在有可能對健康造成傷害的車間環境下,但卻沒有適當的防護措施。
目前,蘋果和和碩聯合尚未對此發表評論。
