一、不要提國考高考等,更不要說去國外遊學打工!
可以試試在家幫忙、幫親戚工作、的說法。基於良性的面試,不建議呼弄自己的畢業時間,雖然hr很多根本不會求證,等畢業證書到他們手上也是你報到了!
二、加強面試技巧,有面試機會表示履歷吸引人了,沒上就是面試技巧再加強。
生管要求的品保要求的都不一樣,有沒有試著去面試品保時,把QC七大手法作成三到四頁的PPT,去面試業務就吧該產業生態作三四頁的簡報。
這一方面給面試主管看到你簡報能力和事前準備,二方面根本就是帶小抄去面試!
三、主動找尋問題,先想好去面試的產業特性,想下會遇到那些問題!先找到你所能回答的最佳解。而且這些問題也構成你加深印象的武器,畢竟不是所有面試主管都是強勢型,現在給機會提問的也不少,這時適當的提問就是關鍵!一個第一個問題是產業相關的人和第一個問題是有沒有餐廳的人,差異就出來了。
