最近朋友被派出差，應該還算是本部RD的人
在客戶那駐廠也不少時間了，但客戶的機型很多，每款都要做點微調才能動
客戶的總A就說，希望本部那邊能夠修改Algorithm，看兼容性能不能做大一點
開會的時跟長官提出來，但他卻得到以下結論
"是你調不好，才導致兼容性不佳"
我看朋友還看得開，說他已經不是第一次被推責任了，
但我想他還是個三年不到的研發役，被老屁股推到前線扛責任
不知道會不會影響下一份工作？
