討厭的兩頭班... - 服務業討論

進入西餐廳當服務生快要滿兩個月了
對於在餐廳上班我算是菜鳥 一切都在適應當中
唯有兩頭班這件事實在不太能接受
我是早上11點上班 平均差不多到晚上11點結束
雖然下午的2:30-5:00是休息時間
可是總覺得時間還是一樣被綁住
因為中間休息時間不夠長沒辦法跑太遠,
員工休息室很小且很多員工進出 所以也沒辦法讓你好好做自己的事
每天10點多出門 回到家都快12點 (通常也都累翻了)
覺得除了店裡公休的日子外 都沒有自己的時間了
一直很掙扎這樣把時間都奉獻給餐廳到底要奉獻多久...
可是對餐飲業來說 兩頭班好像是很稀鬆平常的事?!
不知道各位也是上兩頭班的版友都怎麼去運用時間呢?
我目前就是:
"看書 看報紙 趴在桌上睡覺 偶爾出去走走或到咖啡廳坐坐喝下午茶"
總覺得時間都荒廢掉了
一直想利用那休息時間上課學點別的東西
可是不知該從何找起 (因為時間+地點難配合)
唉 真希望店裡能取消掉兩頭班的制度 (想太多我知道= =...)
