設備排序請教 - 工程師

大家好
小弟昨天去面試設備工程師
但因為面試部門較多，人資希望能給一個排序
分別有乾蝕刻、cmp、wet、離子植入
有先上網查過大概內容，但畢竟沒有真實體驗過
希望大家能給點建議，大致的優先順序等等

nter ，建議leader把你分到 Medium Team，比較不那麼常P
M，且Dose量打錯了，可能還有補救機會

換gas 也沒什麼，5分鐘內就換完，只是要通報ERC，要背SC
BA而已，目前都低壓鋼瓶，很安全的
