小弟目前預定下禮拜一到旺宏報到
職位是設備工程師
但是今天ASML人資電話給我口頭OFFER
說他們有要錄用我 要開始跑流程了
可能需要1~2個禮拜的時間
我仔細問了清楚
人資小姐的意思是
ASML決定錄用我了
但是在跑流程的這段時間不知道會不會有什麼"意外"
沒意外的話大約80%可以肯定我會收到OFFER
只是在拿到OFFER之前都不能100%肯定我錄取
請問這樣小弟該推掉旺宏的OFFER等他嗎
萬一最後出了意外 年底前要在找到工作恐怕就難了
小弟真的很猶豫.....
