各位公務界的前輩大家好：
我現在在某縣的鄉下地方服務
鄉下地方沒有銀行，僅有郵局跟XX鄉農會兩間金融機構
我們的公庫設於農會，所以縣府撥款都撥入農會
但問題是農會居然無代收公保費，退撫基金費，勞保費，健保費
所以每月初10號前我必須從農會先領出現金再拎著大筆現金
遠赴有臺灣銀行的地方繳費
每月底又要從農會領好幾萬的現金再
拎去郵局繳費(郵局有代收勞健保但無代收公保退撫)
這舟車勞頓不說，身上帶著巨額現金老讓我提心吊膽的
曾經有試過開立農會支票，抬頭為交臺灣銀行XX分行代繳公保退撫基金
拿去該分行繳，不過又被退回
行員說這樣臺銀要自己負擔50元手續費
而且農會無票據交換 等到錢轉匯過去早就超過10號退回我的支票
接出納已經一年了 不過這個問題一直都沒有解決
不知道有無前輩有好的建議或方法可以提點一二，不吝感激！
