請問各位找工作時若年薪是需要跟人資或是單位主管面議的話
是口頭承諾就接受嗎 ? 還是會希望公司能給一份書面的聲明呢 ?
如果是談定的年薪除以12個月或是14個月這種大概沒有甚麼問題
可是如果薪資結構有一部分是用獎金的形式發放,那一部分就有可能是零
例如說年薪200萬,月薪10萬,保14個月,剩下的是獎金,即獎金至少60萬
獎金的不確定性很大,可能很爽也可能完全沒有
請問如果人資提出這種條件的話要如何保障自己的權益 ?
慣老闆常用的伎倆就是要發獎金時就要大家共體時艱
若套用上述例子就是相信人資說的年薪200萬,結果進去後變成只拿140萬
