請問effective tensile stress的意義？ - 土木

SAP2000的材料性質（material property data）中
除了平常材料的minimum yield stress （應該就是平常的yield stress）--A
minimum tensile stress （ultimate stress）--B

另外還需要設定effective yield stress --C
effective tensile stress --D

但在下不解此為何意 steel A36內建的C是A的1.5倍
D是B的1.1倍

現在我要設定280度的A36_280C 這一個新材料

A和B都查到數據了

但C和D要如何處理呢？請各位前輩指教 非常感謝
