請問issue a credit的意思是? (非信用狀用語） - 國貿工作討論

各位好～我想請問issue a credit的意思是什麼呢？
客人來信說要退A-1商品，要換成A-2商品~
信件內容如下：

We would like to return to you the A-1 belts we have in stock
and replace them with A-2 belts.We have 270 sets of the A-1
to return. Our customers find that the A-1 belts break too easily.

Please advise current pricing for the A-2 belts. We will send a
purchase order for them. Please issue a credit for the returned belts.

請問第二段的意思是請報價A-2，他們會再下PO..
然後請我們issu a credit for退回的A-1?
