營造老闆的出身千奇百怪
看完元PO的文章只能說這個公司要求的不盡相同
以前有間"德寶營造"在業界出了名的操，又名鐵血德寶
那邊出來的工程師業界搶著要
他的老闆怎麼出身的，模板出身的
所以進公司先跟模板師傅學，其中最重要的就是放樣了
一學三個月，再來再去綁鋼筋，再操個三個月
半年後才能正式進入管理階層，也就是所謂的監工
或許你那間營造公司有特別的訓練方式，當然不一定適合您
也不一定適合現在的營造環境
但未必是不好的。
