請問一段擔保信用狀合同英文 - 金融業討論

幫友人翻的"備用信用狀"(擔保信用狀)合同,

但是這段很奇妙


Now Therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,
and if its covenants and any other agreement existing or yet to be
signed by the parties relating hereto, called as buyer and seller
of the discount bank instrument SBLC party no2.

我翻:

鑒於考慮上述前提之因，如本契約及任何存在的協議未在此契約簽署之方,

稱為乙方之備用信用證買方及賣方。



我認為上面寫的未在此契約簽署之方指的是銀行或是第三方見證人

之類的, 但怎麼會連銀行都變成這份備用信用狀的買方及賣方?

這不科學阿！

We, xxxx Co.,Ltd. hereby confirm with full corporate
responsibility our interested in Bank instrument.

我翻：

本公司 , xxxx Co.,Ltd., 在此確認本司銀行票據所應負之企業責

任及之所得利益。



那個interested in 我翻成所得利益是否正確？(心虛中)
