請問一般結構物圍牆基礎的部份 - 土木

一般住家..小透天等等建築物..其外圍建立的圍牆和圍牆柱..其基礎大概在地下多深處??
由於是圍牆..所以可能緊貼地界..所以圍牆基礎常會做成偏心的..那大約需延伸多少
基礎版寬才不會有傾倒的問題呢??..還是說圍牆基礎不會有傾倒的問題??
假設現在圍牆柱尺寸30x70..因為緊貼地界所以做偏心基礎..小弟現在是假設需延伸40cm
的出去..也就是說設計偏心基礎版尺寸為70x110...版厚20....建築位置在南部...
不知道這樣會不會有傾倒的問題??
小弟因為初學所以有很多不是很懂...要感謝各位前輩給予小地指導..^^
