最近被分到登記桌的業務...也是我第一次做這種公文收發...
只能說...頭很痛.... @@
常常一個公文來...我卻不知道是要簽收...送出...還是送發...或者是要歸檔...
不知道怎麼判斷...請教帶我的同事...他人很好...不過都是直接跟我講要收或發...
沒有告訴我怎麼判定...加上我的理解力也很差...
對公文一些用語也不熟...常常拿到公文就愣住...哎哎哎....
請問有前輩可以告訴我能怎樣趕快上手嗎?? Q_Q
或者有什麼技巧之類的....感激不盡.....
