請問印刷廠要如何收尾呢? - 大陸工作

之前哥哥在廈門這邊投資了一間印刷廠
後來才發現幾個問題，
一是和合資人作風、意見都不是很合
二是對這個領域是全然的陌生及不懂
三是這邊的員工太傲，要嘛不照規定走，
要處罰他就嚷著要辭職。
在這邊熬了兩年，不但沒有賺錢，還月月虧，
原本兩百萬(rmb)的資金也幾乎快虧光了!
所以很想把這邊認賠殺出，回台灣工作算了!
想問問看有沒有在這邊投資的朋友?
像我們這樣的印刷廠如果要收起來了~
要怎麼去做呢?(機台是買的~廠房是租的)
目前還有些零散的單，只是不足以獲利
然後應收和應付帳款都還有2~30萬!
大概是這樣子了!
請有經驗或對方面有概念的朋友給我些意見!
