剛剛看到這個,嚇了一跳
他說
依照使用規定，旅遊團費不可以刷公務人員本人以外之人
那如果我跟朋友一起出去吃飯 刷我的卡
他們再給我錢,這樣我就違法了嗎XD
或是父母想要一台腳踏車,於是刷我的卡買了一台,但沒收他們錢,這樣就不違法嗎XD
有的怕怕的~ 但是怎麼想都覺得很難認定....
不知道有公佈的認定標準嗎?
