看到這徵才文，我忍不住想問一件事，為什麼很多科技公司會想要性別平衡?在女多男少的職場，像幼稚園也不會刻意找男幼稚園老師呀，如果是為了讓同事有更多機會認識女生的話，那為什麼不直接找強者進來，這樣做事比較快，大家就可以早點下班把妹，這樣讓同事認識女生的效率不是比較好?硬找女同事進來，如果死會或是拉子，或是相處有問題，或同事為她爭風吃醋，或是不會寫程式要派其他同事專門罩她而少一個人做事的話，那豈不就自找麻煩砸到自己腳?
