請問如何計算protein的直徑! - 生技

我從網站PDB找到結晶後protein的條件
length(nm)
a=14
b=20
c=23

angle
a=90
b=90
c=90

請問要如何利用這些條件求protein的直徑!
我記得有一個公式但目前想不起來~
