請問市區道路障礙清除勤務的權責是公所還是警察局? - 公職

近日收到警察單位來函 指定特定日期要到街上執行道路障礙清除
請求公所支援垃圾車...
不過我打去問發文員警他卻跟我說這是要公所執行
警察只負責交通跟保護執行人...
如果公所覺得不用執行就打到地區分駐所取消此預定勤務..
但是我想一想覺得很奇怪... 這種道路障礙清除的工作
發文單位是警察局 怎麼會是由公所負責清除或告知取消呢?
我問了隔壁鄉公所對方也說這應該是警察的工作 公所只是支援
請問各位先進如果我要找這件事情的主管單位為何 我是要去找哪個法做為依據呢?
我在全國法規資訊網找過一些以道路或障礙為關鍵字的法規
但是沒有看到明確指出的部分.... 懇請各位協助 感恩~~
