今有一Lab主管職缺在東莞,但工作敘述沒提到管理內容，無從判斷
小弟國碩畢(非4大、中字輩)，沒有管理人的經驗，但有品質實驗室經歷，
符合該職缺某設備操作要求，已2年經驗
對方80年代就在大陸投資設廠，人數破3500，從事3C的cable組裝
要我開出月薪後，符合對方水平方能繼續談
目前了解公司包吃住、一年4次返台休10天
看過對方在大陸提供招聘薪資，最高的是大學5年PM，8K RMB
請問是我該如何提薪，請先進幫忙，謝謝。
