請問拿到及格證書後...還有沒有可能"試用"不合格? - 公職

自從我家老妹好不容易考上初考去報到後
這四個月來整天提心吊膽會不會成績不及格然後失掉公務人員資格
本來想說她拿到及格證書
可以安心喘口氣，去吃個大餐慶祝一下了
結果沒想到她聽說現在還不算是正式的公務員
還要等"試用"期滿才算....
然後神經質又發作了...
請問各位前輩
有及格證書後，還有沒有可能試用不合格?有沒有補救的機會?
合不合格是主管說了算嗎?
如果有可能不合格，是不是有什麼具體條件才會算不合格?
(例如像基礎訓練成績不滿60就算不合格這種具體的條件)
到底...我們家什麼時候可以去吃大餐慶祝一下了?
