最近在蘇州買二手房，
要台灣的戶籍謄本，
仲介說要去海基會申請"戶籍謄本證明書"，
接著海基會會把戶籍謄本寄到江蘇省省會南京，
我再去南京拿....<-----這....真的要去南京拿><
請問大陸要的戶籍謄本跟一般的戶籍謄本一樣嗎?
一定要去海基會不能去戶政事務所辦嗎?
