請問關於 更生人 在園區找到工作的機率 - 工程師

我這一篇也是幫人問的 (我已經在國營企業上班)
我想問
科技園區會收有重罪前科的更生人嗎
譬如搶劫 擄人 重傷害這類的
我有個認識的人，年記大約四十出
他因為待過監獄，所以個性"非常非常耐操"
意思是一天上班18個小時，整年無休假，對他來說可能也無所謂
至於學歷
好像只有高職 或高中 我不知道
他在科技業找工作的可能性大嗎?
要找什麼樣的工作錄取率比較高?
