大家好～ 小弟家是四層樓的連棟透天邊間，隔壁空地要蓋地上十二層地下三層的大樓。搜尋網路資訊，發現很多鄰損
損鄰的案件，覺得很擔心。當然是很希望建商可以做好連續壁、監控地下水位、監控傾斜度等等措施可以把房子蓋好，房子賣得好，也可以多一些好鄰居，也可以推薦親友購買。目前建商表示會請結構土木的技師來先拍照確定目前屋況，請問有沒有什麼要注意的事情？有沒有需要自己也找土木或結構技師來鑑定屋況？(找土木技師、結構技師、建築師公會、營建研究院還是其他機構比較好？)後續如何跟建商溝通，做好必要的防護措施，確保避免鄰損的問題？謝謝您費心看小弟的問題，若不方便在版上回復，站內信也可以，感恩～祝大家健康快樂一切順心～
