請教海運公司報價 - 國貿工作討論

我是船務新手，最近向幾家海運公司詢價，可是出現超多縮寫，
附加的費用也看不是很懂，請懂的大大幫忙解說ㄧ下
1.O/frt:Usd400/20'dc cy/cy plus yas/faf/thc both ends/df both ends
both ends/df both ends...這句在說什麼? df為何??

2.Ocean Freight: FXT-KAO: USD450/20' (inclusive of BAF and CAF)
Remarks: Above subject to THCs both ends.
Shipment subject to equipment availability at loading port.
subject to THCs both ends ...subject to 是啥?都查不到合適的意思??
那THC費是有沒有含??
還有第三行shipment...這句又是啥意思??

3.Please kindly accept our offer USD 500/650 per 20'gp
ex Southampton to Kaohsiung which includes THC origin,
bunker charge,CAF,LSF,SCC,subject to local charge both ends.
The said rate for FAK rate except DG/RT commodity
LSF,SCC又是啥?? 後面subject to local charge both ends又是啥意思?
第四行的FAK DG RT又是啥?怎行又是什麼意思??
