Companies don't hire leaders based on certifications.
They hire specialists based on certifications.
To argue against that is to deny reality.
證照有它的用途在，不過僅限於幕僚職位。
另外也要看持有該張證照的公信力如何，
PMP 在我看來已經氾濫到某一種程度了。
到了中階層主管職位的時候，沒人在看那種東西。
有沒有整合的能力比較重要。
