在公司待了五年時間了
實在有點想不透
為什麼主管 或是某些工會的頭 明明是勞方
就是會被資方搓圓仔 或是依資方的意識行事
明明有些事情可以中立
像是老闆問這個員工會不會留或是會不會跳槽
主管可以說不知道 不清楚 直接問他本人之類的
就一定要跟老闆小話 說實話?
難道 真的像日本人說的->是台灣人怕死 愛$ 愛做官嗎?
難怪台灣人人愛當老闆 然後一直複製下去 賺低薪代工$
