Hi, all:
各位年薪500萬台幣的前輩,大家好,小弟是科技業新人.
相信不管是軟硬體工業還是製造工業,甚至放諸所有的工作,提升自己的不可取代性
是必要的功課,因為不管是腦力還是體力都會隨年齡增長而下滑,被後生晚輩取代,
就是不可避免的了.
1.爭取管理職是常見的方法,有時候會看到空降的大主管,介紹履歷會多一句:
XX公司,管理經驗O年,這是跟技術職的分水嶺,一個亮點.
但畢竟,有心不一定有能力 有能力不一定有位子 有位子不一定有緣 有緣還要八字夠重
2.跟對主管,也就是巴著主管.
3.真正的去學不可取代的技術,那還要能判斷出來.
不知各位還有其他想法嗎?
