退出電子紙 台達電：員工轉介 - 工程師

(中央社記者韓婷婷台北13日電)面臨產業變化快速，台達電繼冷陰極管(CCFL)事業後，將
正式退出電子紙市場。台達電表示，正積極媒合近200名直接員工轉介到集團其他廠區。
台達電表示，位於桃園平鎮廠區的直接員工約有100至200名，集團一向不裁員，將以內部
媒合的方式先進行轉介到集團其他廠區，例如轉介到乾坤或旺能等；如果媒合不了再以優
退的方式，讓員工另尋出路。
歷經3年多的投入，有感產業趨勢轉變，台達電指出，毅然決定退出電子紙市場，規模也
有計劃的縮減中，日前已向勞工局申報，進行部分員工優退事宜。1010913
