我台北人和新竹這待超過5年
這三年給我的房價的感覺
房價絕對還是台北市屌打,但新竹的房價漲幅真的很驚人
2019年台北市捷運附近一坪約60~80萬==>2023目前約75~100萬==>漲幅約20~25%
新北市太大無法討論出一個定論
2019年竹北來說好了一坪約30~35萬==>2023目前約55~65萬==>漲幅約70~90%
現在房價讓很多雙北來新竹工作的,身邊同事都打算工作到4~50歲
把新竹房賣掉回雙北生活了!!
竹北房價甚至很多都能住在像是板橋文山北投士林三重這些區域了
畢竟當初是為了低房價和高薪才來新竹,現在高不高薪我不知道~
我只知道Cp值越來越低
買台北市房子一坪只比竹北多個10~20萬好像買台北市Cp值更高一點
至少交通便利很多
