通勤時間值多少？ - 工程師

各位好，
請問，如果兩份工作內容、工時相仿
但A工作比B工作多了兩小時的通勤時間（來回）
那麼要多多少薪資才會有考慮呢？
我自己是覺得應該至少要有 時薪一半 * 通勤時間(2hr) * 22天
不知道大家的想法如何？
