連環漫畫報價要根據哪些條件？ - soho

近日朋友接到一個案子，是連環漫畫(就是市面上最常見的那種囉)，不過因為沒接過，
所以也不知道要如何報價。
目前只知道是黑白的，依據朋友的專長應該會用手繪完稿，類型是恐怖漫畫，
共120頁。
我自己想到可能還要問清楚才能報價的事情有：
1.是否有腳本?(可不是寫成小說或是說個故事給你聽...)
2.交稿時間
3.完稿尺寸(因為是手繪)，這一點有點問題，因為對方也不是漫畫的出版社，
是不是要按照一般漫畫的規格來完稿？
另外可以給大家參考我朋友的風格，我想因為是連環的所以精緻度大概有差
