今天來了一個民意代表
在搞不清楚狀況下 演了一場罵基層書記給民眾看的戲
那種罵法比罵兒子還大聲激動
最後弄懂案件情形後 連個抱歉沒說 就轉頭走人
同事服務態度向來熱心又親切 還曾被民眾上網表揚稱讚過
雖然這種事情在公部門應該是屢見不鮮 看到瘦小的她無故被罵得尊嚴全無
整個辦公室因課長和資深前輩都不在 沒人出來緩頰
更上面的大頭都躲在辦公室不吭氣
她默默走進廁所哭完 又很堅強回來繼續處理公事
我在旁邊心情一直很激動 想出來說些什麼卻又呆住不知該怎麼辦 怕弄巧成拙
僅管公務員被辱罵應該併入工作的一部分 當成被瘋狗咬一口
但下次如果發生在自己身上 有什麼較具智慧的回話方式和應對嗎?
總不能問對方:請問您現在演哪齣?
