就算當年沒實施分紅費用化
難道"四大慘業"就救得起來??
只想炒股票賺快錢 只買技術不肯投資的慣老闆掌握的爛公司
難道會因為政策不同 而有救??
今天板上最夯的台GG 一年投資多少錢在研發上燒? 才能有今天獨霸晶圓代工的局面?
不要什麼都推到分紅費用化
也許分紅費用化對一些人才收入的確是有衝擊
不過真正實力強的人才 還是能找到自己的出路....
但是廢材也不會因為拿了股票就變成人才 然後拯救基本面營運不佳的公司...
