銀聯自動扣款 - 大陸工作

想請問各位有使用銀聯卡的人
我是在中國銀行開的卡 一開始有存RMB10
在台灣第一次查詢餘額為47
但之後第二次查詢時發現少了19元台幣，
今天要確認公司匯的款項又少了19元台幣，這兩次皆無提款
請問沒提款也會扣錢這是正常的嗎?還請知道的人幫忙解答 謝謝!
