關於004請調 - 金融業討論

Table of Contents
一來因雙親年紀漸長想回家就近陪伴照顧
二來因小孩亦於去年出生，為了提高所得實質購買力，
不才小弟覺得離開天龍國可能是比較好的選項。
雖已於民營銀行待將近七年
去年仍毅然決然轉戰004......
(至於4.6M變成3.2M就甭提，
實際上過年前連一毛獎金都沒有拿到...>.<)
依稀記得是滿一年即可提出申請
不知申請流程大概是怎樣？
請調回台中地區服務是不是很困難？
提出申請後三~五年內是否有機會成功？
(備註：以縣市合併前之台中市地區分行為首要目標)
