請問兩個問題
1, Ｆorm 8316裡,"If you cannot get a statement from your employer concerning
the above information, please tell us why in the space"
原因是我公司的美國人不明白為什麼我不用被扣SSN的稅
他們感覺也沒有處理過類似的事
與其跟他們解釋 我想不如自己辦退稅
這樣我該在這欄填什麼呢?
會影響到公司稅務嗎?
(我在 Form 8316的表格1,3,5問題分別填了No, No, Do not know,恰當嗎?)

如果我今年有填 Form 8843,是不是就該勾選YES呢?
