關於假日出勤後續補休問題 - 公職

課內要辦一個帶志工假日參訪的活動,因為協辦需負責後續核銷部分,因此需協同一起於假日出勤。
所內人事認為此類活動,工作人員亦有出遊性質,因此只認定主承辦人及主管有補休,協辦不予補休。
但是他案協辦為臨時人員,為遵守一例一休卻准予補假一日。
想請問這樣是合理的嗎?若是想要上簽,可有法規依據可做為爭取的有力佐證?
