關於展旺 - 加班

各位版友好, 想請問一下有沒有前輩知道
展旺"品保專員"一職的工作內容為何, 也是很責任制嗎?
因為聽人資說大約是正常上下班, 而且不鼓勵加班
想說這樣可以下班唸書充實自己
但因為爬文
發現大家對於進展旺說要有"肝鐵人的意志" XD, 是真的嗎?
品保也是嗎?
最近公司好像在擴廠, 之後可能會上市
想詢問一下各位大大的意見與建議(也可私下交流)
