最近不知什麼原因跟同事討論到考績問題
講到本人在之前單位有全國性事件結束後的敘獎情況
大長官敘功.依序由上而下敘獎
雖然承辦人還有許多協助業務的同仁很辛苦.但是敘嘉獎
好像這樣敘.也沒人有意見或其他看法.個人也覺得好像都是這樣
很自然啊.
結果現在的同事就說他之前在敘獎時是簽自己大功.局長跟其他協助同仁嘉獎!!
因為最辛苦最盡心力的是承辦人.本來就是可敘大功.
說實在的.我聽了驚了一下.
這算膽子大嗎?我第一個想法就是把局長當作一般協助同仁喔...
承辦人敘大功我倒是沒啥想法.但是同時局長卻是敘嘉獎.
說實在的當年考績他被打乙應該是得罪了某人吧...被暗記一筆之類的...
各位覺得呢?
