關於石頭(ASUS)職缺TPM/Marketing - 加班

小妹今天去asus面試 Territory Product Manager ，

跟主管講完一切算順利，後來跟人資的人聊，他問我

有做過什麼工作或作品讓我做完有成就感，我第一個

想到研究所的captone consulting project，我說我

們從完全不了解一個區域到identify 問的的癥結點到

整理出解決的方案，做完很有成就感，他就問我怎麼沒

頭marketing 的缺（但其實我有，只是突然失憶），說

我聽起來滿喜歡marketing，接著就叫我回家上104找

Marketing的缺看看比較想做TPM還是Marketing再email

給他。然後我就整個困惑了，加上也沒真的認識做過這

兩個工作的人可問，所以想說上來問問大家，以下是兩

個工作的大概職缺敘述，Marketing我是找senior regional

marketing我附上我不負責任的翻譯大家還是看英文比較正確


因為沒做過Marketing的工作，我想問Marketing到底在做什麼，

我覺得我現在有幾點考慮的重點，

1.哪個工作英文會話會用到比較多
2. 哪個工作出差的機會比較多
3.那個加班比較兇(偷偷問一下ＡＳＵＳ有加班費嗎）
4. 哪個未來發展性比較好

Senior Regional Marketing

1. Provide clear guidance to ensure all of the countries execute through
global marketing strategy correctly and timely.
協助各國分部適時正確地執行行銷策略

2. Allocate marketing budget and discuss the marketing plan with branch offices
分配行銷預算並與branch offices討論行銷計劃

3. Understand the market situation, users’ behavior of each country. Guide
branch offices to maximize the ROI of marketing resource to reinforce ASUS
brand awareness and preference
了解當地市場與各國消費者習慣。領導branch offices 利用行銷來強化asus的品牌並贏
取消費者的心

4. Track, review the execution performance of each branch office
觀察回顧各branch office的市場表現

5. Share good practices with branch offices to create marketing synergy.

6. Monitor and study competitors’ marketing activities to assist ASUS
headquarter to fine tune marketing strategy.
觀察學習競爭對手的行銷活動以加強改善ASUS的行銷計劃



Territory Product Manager

1. Lead Product planning and Pricing strategy.
主導產品計劃，與定價

2. Manage country product inventory and supply chain.
管理產品庫存與物流

3. Control and allocate sales and marketing budget.
控管與分配業務與行銷成本

4. Allocate and adjust Inventory fulfillment.
5. Support sales related promotion: shop decoration.
6. Communicate with HQ BU and sales team.
