關於研替數位ic的英文能力 - 工程師

小弟目前剛升研究所
應該會朝數位ic這方面前進，只是小魯弟從小到大英文一直都爛爛的
，想問各位大大
如果研發替代役想進聯發科，晨星此類的ic大廠應徵數位ic工程師
能申請上的英文程度大概都如何呢??
會只看多益成績嗎?
因為研究所很忙，所以如果要在短短兩年口說跟寫作要有大幅度的進步的話感覺很難
小弟想說先盡量把閱讀跟聽力衝高
請問那些科技公司會只看多益成績嗎
還是口說也相當地重要??
如果只看多益成績，那拿到offer的人成績大概都落在何處呢?
因為上網找都找不到相關的消息
才會來版上問各位大大
