大寶的育嬰留職停薪到今(105)年7月,因二寶於今(105)年3月出生,
故於105年3月1日簽請提早復職後直接請產前假+病假到二寶生產日,
目前仍是娩假中,向人事提出預計以二寶名義再請1年育嬰留職停薪,
人事表示今年都沒有實際上班簽到要再請二寶育嬰留職停薪怕有問題,
請問有專業人事幫忙解惑會有什麼問題嗎?
要繼續以二寶名義請育嬰留停需要當年有“實際”簽到的上班記錄嗎?
