關於馬來西亞人申請工作準證 - 簽證

板上個位大大好。小弟我有關於工作准證的問題想要詢問板上的前輩
我是馬來西亞人，剛大學畢業，昨天剛得到一家公司的offer
派駐地點在蘇州常熱，是一家光電公司。
爬文發現大家都是通過台胞證及台灣護照來申請簽證
至於外國人的話沒有台胞證可以申請
由於這家公司先前也沒有替台灣以外其他外國人申請
所以在公司還在想辦法的時候
1.）請問像我種情況申請的是哪一種准證？
2.）請問申請上會不會一定批准？會很困難嗎？因為還有其他offer
但是個人比較希望去大陸
3.）是直接飛到那邊申請？還是可以在台灣先辦理？
4.）在之前的文章看到有人提到Z簽證，有人申請這簽證嗎？
