電話面試HPLC問題 - 面試

本身學歷是生物科的大學，課程其實對化學分析儀器沒有很深入，所以對於HPLC不是很熟，目前服務於製藥廠(現場)，也沒有使用HPLC的經驗，最近找新工作(QC相關)被電話問到對HPLC熟嗎？我是很直接回答不熟，對方就直接說再看看，就結束了
其實我心裡想說HPLC其實原理不難，操作應該滿簡單的，但是遇到問題排除我確實就沒辦法了，如果下次接到這種電話，要怎麼講比較有機會面試呢？
