本魯的公司是用KPI做為考核基準。
在大家撰寫KPI跟工作時
都是挑簡單又好拿的的項目。
結果造成困難的屎缺沒人做
因為多做多錯難做。
簡單好拿的反而被誇張的形容的高績效。
公司慢慢形成一股風氣
多做被罵,考績不好
不如挑簡單的來做
KPI一樣滿分。
屎缺就變成最黑的人擔。
但就這樣惡性循環下去。
面對這樣的職場環境除了離開有其他的方式對應嗎?
