面試後的通知？ - 面試

先前有去一家大公司面試，
初試後隔天就通知複試，
複試結束後主管說一個禮拜會有結果
但等了一個禮拜沒消息，
就打電話向HR詢問，
HR說還沒收到通知，
會再幫我問問，
最近又問了一次，
但還是沒消息。
問題在於如果沒錄取
詢問了兩次應該至少會知道或是收到感謝函吧？
另外一個想法是，
雖然很希望錄取這份工作,（現在的公司待得很痛苦>"<）
但依之前經驗，如果有初步結果，主管不都是會先行通知再跑流程嗎？
從複試到現在已經要兩個禮拜了，
還有希望嗎？這樣一直空等的感覺好心急呀！
不曉得版上的前輩們有類似經驗嗎？謝謝！
