其實進傳產所求的本來就與科技業不太相同
我認為有以下幾點就算不錯的
1. 營收穩定,少裁員,可以待10年以上
2. 整年休115天以上,不用輪班,可報加班費,非責任制
3. 四大碩起薪40000以上
4. 整年年終+紅利四個月以上
5. 最好不在台北 (想在傳產幹,也會有做一輩子打算,台北房價不是一般人買得起的)
綜合上述幾點
國瑞 福特 都符合
裕日福利應該有到,但似乎流動率較高常在徵人
希望版友提供符合條件之傳產
